Description:

True collection involves full-body engagement with proper biomechanics, balance, and strength. Russ Krachun will share his philosophy and methods to enhance both the mental and physical aspects of the horse for better collection and performance.   Collection benefits all riding styles by promoting soundness, reducing joint wear, and enhancing performance. A balanced horse is happier, and mastering collection techniques supports long-term health and training success as well as improved performance.

Benefits of Collection:

Improved Performance -Collection helps horses carry themselves in a balanced, athletic posture, improving performance.

Enhanced Responsiveness - It improves the horse's responsiveness to the rider's cues, making control and maneuvering easier.

Increased Strength and Flexibility -Collection training boosts overall strength and flexibility, enabling advanced movements.

Reduced Strain on Joints -A collected horse distributes weight evenly, alleviating strain on joints and reducing injury risk.

Better Balance and Coordination - Better balance and agility, improving responsiveness to the rider.

Outcome:

All learning and education is at the level of the receiver. It is important to know that it takes time to develop coordination and muscle skills, and it is also very important to practice and work with your horse regularly in order for you to succeed.
